How to Cope with College Costs

There isn’t really a set time to worry about college costs (other than the time surrounding these very expensive four years), but this summer must be especially worrisome for incoming freshmen and their families. Now is the time to prepare for paying between $20,000 and $50,000 (sometimes more) every year for the next four years (sometimes longer). But there are plenty of reasons why panicking isn’t necessary, and there are strategies to ease the pain in your wallet.
