Is your cell phone by your side all day? Are you texting while you walk to class? Are you reachable 24/7? You may be addicted to your cell phone. But today this seems normal. In fact, I may be the last person on earth to think that texting while hanging out with friends or grabbing dinner is poor etiquette. But I can’t possibly be the only one that realizes that when you’re on your phone all the time, you’re missing out on real human experiences. And if you're a student, you’re missing out on college. There are so many rare opportunities to make new friends, network and learn something (shock) within the college environment. If you’re on your phone, then you’re not really present.
