Music Insider: “Dark Was The Night” = Incredible Compilation Album

Wow guys. We got some big stuff on our hands. And by big, I mean, unreal. 4AD is releasing a compilation album called Dark Was The Night, full of indie-pop gems to benefit the fight against AIDS.  The tracklist was released this week to the utter excitement of, well, the entire music blogging world. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any mp3s this time because the album won’t be released until February 16th (and College Mag certainly won’t want any copyright infringement on their hands!).  I can, however provide the tracklist and let you salivate over its glory. The best compilation ever? Perhaps…Or maybe I just love using hyperbole! But seriously though, its awesome and I encourage you all to buy the album when it comes out – not only because of the music, but also because you’ll be helping out a wonderful cause.
